Belgian cybersecurity start-up Aikido Security has acquired the Lausanne-based company Haicker, which is also active in the field of cybersecurity. NEXUS Attorneys-at-law advised Haicker on the various aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Clément Jaton and further included Nicolas F. Krauer.
