Swiss investment firm Nuavo completed its purchase of a majority stake Courgenay-based windows and doors manufacturer Domofen. NEXUS Attorneys advised Nuavo on the different aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Nicolas F. Krauer and further included Grégoire Henriod.
