We are pleased to announce that our partner Théo Meylan has been appointed Vice-President of the Labor Court for the Eastern Vaud district, the judicial authority with jurisdiction over employment law disputes.
In this capacity, he conducts conciliation hearings and presides over the Court for judgement hearings.
Théo Meylan holds this position on a part-time basis, in parallel with his work at the firm.
