Clément Jaton is a pragmatic, curious and determined lawyer.
Clément Jaton advises and supports companies of all sizes, as well as entrepreneurs, in connection with the development of their projects and activities.
His areas of activity include contract law, M&A, venture capital (VC) and real estate operations, in particular development and transactions.

In parallel to his activities as a lawyer, he is a member of several boards of directors and of the board of the Fondation HES-SO Genève pour le logement étudiant – Geloge. He regularly gives workshops at ECAL, EPFL and HEAD, and works closely with several incubators. He also collaborates with various institutions active in the world of design and culture, in particular Pro Helvetia and the Swiss Design Association.
