Simone Schürch represents and advises clients in employment (redundancies, restructuring, internal investigations, etc.), contract and corporate matters, and handles all commercial disputes in these areas of law. He also has extensive experience in the field of new technologies and the Internet, and regularly assists companies and individuals in relation to data protection, licensing and unfair competition matters in this respect.
Before joining Nexus Avocats, Simone Schürch worked at top-tier business law firms in Geneva and Zurich. In addition to the Swiss bar, he holds an LL.M. in Law & Technology from UC Berkeley and is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/E).
Parallel to his activity as a lawyer, Simone Schürch works as Senior Legal Counsel for the Cardano Foundation. He is also co-founder and editor of the legal blog LawInside.ch.
