We also frequently act in matters of land use planning and construction law, in particular on issues of land use (revisions of land use plans, damages in case of expropriation, etc.) or construction projects (applications for or opposition to building permits, appeals before the cantonal or federal authorities).
We also act in environmental law matters, in particular in the context of polluted sites (including civil or administrative disputes that may arise) or in disputes related to noise protection standards.
